TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the One2One platform (the “Service”), owned and operated by Expert Education. By accessing or using One2One, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform.

2. Service Availability 

One2One currently operates exclusively within Ahmedabad.
All tutor listings, session bookings, offline classes, home tutoring, and customer support are available only in Ahmedabad.
Users from outside Ahmedabad may browse the platform, but tutor services cannot be booked outside Ahmedabad at this time.

3. User Account Responsibilities

By creating an account, you agree to:

• Keep your login information safe
• Take full responsibility for activities under your account
• Not create multiple or fake accounts
• Provide true and valid information

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

4. Nature of Tutor Services

• Tutors on One2One are independent professionals, not employees of Expert Education
• One2One’s role is to provide a connection platform between students and tutors
• Tutor teaching methods, conduct, performance, or results are not controlled by One2One
• Students must evaluate tutor suitability before booking

5. Booking Demo Sessions

Students may:

• Choose a tutor
• Check their profile, skills, and experience
• Book a demo session
• Make an online payment for the demo

Once the session is booked, both tutor and student receive confirmation.

7. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Student Cancellation

• If a student cancels a booked demo session, the entire fee will be credited to the One2One Wallet
• Wallet amount can only be used for future bookings
• No refund is processed to bank account or original payment method 

Tutor Cancellation

• If the tutor cancels the demo, full fees will be credited to the student’s wallet

Wallet Rules

• Wallet balance is non-transferable
• Wallet balance cannot be withdrawn to bank or UPI
• Wallet credits can only be used inside the One2One platform

8. Payments

• All payments are done through third-party secure payment gateways
• One2One is not responsible for banking delays, technical failures, or payment gateway errors
• In case of payment deduction without confirmation, the issue will be resolved as per payment gateway policies

9. Acceptable User Conduct

Users agree NOT to:

• Harass, threaten, or misbehave with tutors or students
• Conduct sessions outside the platform for fraudulent reasons
• Share inappropriate or illegal content
• Try to hack or abuse platform systems
• Misuse the wallet refund policy

10. Intellectual Property

All designs, text, graphics, logos, features, and platform content belong to Expert Education and cannot be copied without permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

One2One is not responsible for:

• Tutor performance or teaching style
• Student learning outcomes
• Injuries or issues occurring during offline sessions
• Any offline interaction between tutor and student
• Technical issues such as app glitches or downtime
• Delays caused by external partners

12. Termination of Account

We may terminate or restrict access if:

• A user violates policies
• Engages in fraudulent activity
• Abuses tutors or support staff

13. Governing Law

All terms are governed by Indian laws.
Any dispute shall fall under the jurisdiction of Ahmedabad courts.
